Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Salty Susan.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
RETURN POLICY:
It's okay to change your mind. We want you to be stoked on your new purchase. Returns will be honored for new unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase in unused and resale-able condition and will take place in the form of store credit or exchange.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We offer store credit in exchange for returning new and unused products that were purchased online within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, if applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in most circumstances and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages to be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All returns must be approved by Salty Susan. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@saltysusan.co.nz - let us know which item you are returning from your order and why.

SHIPPING:
All orders placed through www.saltysusan.co.nz will ship early the following week. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Salty Susan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local postal carrier to remedy.
