Clean green goddess smoothie

We all know that green smoothies are good for you, but why? They're a great source of B vitamins. The B vitamins found in leafy greens, like folate, vitamin B6, and niacin, help your body release energy from food and can promote a healthy nervous system.


Here's a quick and easy smoothie recipe you'll love! Also, with smoothies you don't have to follow a recipe exactly, add in more or less of any ingredient and just have fun with it! Ingredients: 1 Banana 1 cup of spinach (fresh or frozen) 1 cup of mango

1 tablespoon of protein powder (vanilla or flavourless)

1 teaspoon of spiralina (an essential in our house)

1 cup of coconut milk

1 cup of water


Directions: Blend until smooth
